About the authors
Tiina Palva
Tiina is above all an enthusiastic researcher with a professional background in marketing research. However, just recently she has established her very own people research bran called Artichaud. The image of an artichoke, with a juicy heart covered up under all those outer layers, is descriptive of what her research is all about; capturing the heart beneath the layers. "My mission is to conduct research that will touch people's hearts and at the same time try to make the world a little bit better." When an interview takes place Tiina always looks for heart-to-heart discussions with her interviewees. Yoga is one of my great passions in life, which is why A Million Ways To Love Yoga is a dream project for me and I couldn't be more excited about it. A big plus is that I get to work with Sofia who is an inspiring, talented person and most fun to work with! Thanks to her I also now have a great symbol for my Artichaud brand!"

Besides yoga Sofia has a passion for photography and is madly in love with colours. "I just love colours and colour harmony is very important in my everyday Life, in fact anyone who knows me would say the same." Photography and layout has quickly become Sofia's other great passions and they are nowadays Sofia's main Tools for expressing her creativity. "I live by the sea and in the beginning my interest in photography started from my wish to capture the magnificent colours and formations I see in nature when I am out running on the island. The sea, the sky and the sun are most often absolutely breath taking!" Sofia also has an ever increasing in working with layout and she is mainly reponsible for photography, layout and graphical design for the book. A of now, her heart and soul goes into this yoga book every day. "Working on this project feels easy because it is just pure fun! I get to do what I love the most and I get to share it with Tiina, who is one of the most positive professionals I have ever met. " Furthermore, Sofis has a masters degree in business and works in finance.
